We work with an independent third party provider No letting go to provide an check in and check out report at our expense

Included in your monthly utiliies payments – Professional cleaning at check out is done by Avon Valley Cleaning a local independant company

Utility Bills

Separate from the rent and in addition all utility bills are paid by the landlord and a single monthly managed charge made to cover these costs together with a published and detailed spreadsheet summary. 

Payment

NO reservation/admin/deposit fees needed just a Guarantor required (UK Householder) and best of all – Half rent each July (on a two year contract)
