I really enjoyed my 2 years at Herbert Road.
The house is situated in a wonderful location, right by Moorland Road, which has everything you’d need right on your doorstep.
The bus routes were also great, with the 1 bringing you into town in 10minutes and a short walk to Bath Spa Uni and University of Bath bus stops.
I found Steve and Maria to be great landlords, the few queries and issues we had were dealt with very quickly and professionally.
I Couldn’t ask for better landlords or a better house.
Thank you both for being such great landlords, you’ve been so responsive and fast at acting on any small issues we’ve had and we’re all very lucky to have had such a great experience as our
first time in privately rented accommodation.
I thoroughly enjoyed living at 68 Herbert and hope that the next group of tenants settle in well.
