The house was perfect; we knew that from the moment we first looked around. It has served us incredibly well over the two years and we were so glad to have stayed for the duration.

Great location in regard to the bus stop and not too long of a walk to town on a nice day, Moorland Road was good to have only five minutes away for last minute alcohol or takeaways!

We never had any issues with you both as a landlord and landlady, but we do have praise. Any issue that occurred, for example, the washing machine breaking, you were always so ready to help us sort it. Also, when I had the problem with the window in the bedroom, you made sure to keep me updated and did your best to get it fixed ASAP.

There was mutual respect between us girls and you both and that meant we could maintain a good relationship. Thank you for treating us like adults, not students.

I have really enjoyed the two years in Lymore Avenue and I’m glad it showed to you. It’s our first ever ‘home’ that we shared, a place I started my first novel, and a place I made some incredible memories with the other girls.

The house was lovely – it is a very modern and family like home, which made us feel a lot better than students. We treated it with respect because it wasn’t just a typical student house. I’m glad that shows.

I’ll miss Des bringing round the occasional batch of homegrown carrots and being able to just sit outside in the nice weather and take it all in. The two years have flown by and it’s a shame it’s had to come to an end. But here’s hoping the next chapter is equally as great.

Thank you for being a great landlord this past couple of years, we have every much-enjoyed living at Lymore Avenue
